"Our wedding far exceeded my expectations – which I completely attribute to Tasnah’s extraordinary talents. We only had limited event planning experience, just enough to know that we would be completely stressed and burnt out if we tried to do it on our own. We decided to hire Tasnah after we saw her work her magic during a friend’s wedding, where we were most struck by how relaxed and cheerful she was while juggling a hundred different moving pieces. We knew that was exactly the energy we wanted during our day as well.

Our wedding was a DIY weekend affair at a friend’s ranch in rural California involving 125 guests, camping, hay bale shuttles, yard games, barn dance, etc. Given that it was a remote, private venue and we were on a budget, we decided to make, buy, borrow everything – including the benches and tables. We began working with Tasnah 12 months ahead of time and through weekly/biweekly calls, innovative online platforms, and many emails we were able to design and create the wedding of our dreams. From vendors to decor to guest management, Tasnah guided us through it all – addressing the million things we did not even think to think of, always with the same cheerful grace that attracted us to her in the first place.

On the actual day/weekend we had to organize campers, vendors, meals over multiple days and locations, shuttle service, set-up and decorating. It was a logistic maze that we wouldn’t of been able to navigate on our own. For me (the groom), I am forever grateful that from the moment she showed up on site, Tasnah was clearly mapping out what needed attention, kindly delegating the tasks, and checking in with us just enough to feel in control but not so much to be bothered. It made all the difference, and honestly felt like gaining a capable partner who was as invested as I was. On my wedding day, I (the bride) was not asked a single logistical question by anyone. I still don’t understand how that was possible. My entire day was spent reveling in the overwhelming love of our friends and family – completely free to enjoy every moment.

All told, we know without a doubt that Tasnah was the difference maker in our experience leading up to the wedding and day of. She kept us on track. She helped us through sticking points. She knew events and how to lead, plain and simple. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding."
