We walk clients through the process of setting intentions, desired outcomes, and objectives for their event. Based on this framework, we support the process of creating programming elements, planning activities, securing and preparing speakers, and outlining the overall flow of the event.

We support our clients in covering every logistical detail in the planning process - venues, vendors, invitations, website and registration, design and decor, catering, timelines, teams, and budget.

On-Site Event Coordination

As part of your team, we are committed to supporting you on-site so you can fully focus on your program and do not have to worry about the details or all that will unfold behind the scenes. 

First to arrive and last to leave, we will oversee all the moving elements - liaise with venue and vendors, oversee supplies and setup, and cue activities to ensure a successful event flow.
